The debut work from local writer Victor Angry hit online bookstores on March 28.
Angry Leadership is a how-to book, focused on Victor’s seven guiding leadership principles. The book details how he successfully navigated a 23-year military career from an entry-level private to the highest enlisted rank of Sergeant Major and serving as the Command Sergeant Major (CSM) of the entire Army National Guard.
CSM Angry is credited with the quote “Never personal, Always professional,” as he always reminded his troops that people should not be continuously punished for past errors.
This book outlines CSM Angry’s life journey and the leadership lessons learned at each turn. He provides real-life examples of his experience in developing his seven principles of leadership. The vignettes are engaging, entertaining, and are situations to which we all can relate. He provides a clear, concise guide on doing the right thing to ensure you are “lucky” when the timing is right.
